Hi Roast users,

I have recently downloaded ROAST for tdcs e-field modelling. I used one MRI scan, which is in .nii format. After processing 2nd step, it shows an error. Please guide me on how to rectify this.

Hi Irtisha,

Usually we do not put the data files under the same folder of the code. You can move the MRI file to a different folder, say C:\data\T1.nii, and then call roast with the full path to that MRI file.
