ROAST not finding T2 file

Hello,

I am trying to run reviewRes like this:

reviewRes('Y:\memori_FEM\sub-04483\ses-1\anat\sub-04483_ses-1_T1w.nii','04483','brain')

but then getting the following error:

Error using reviewRes
T2 file Y:/memorirawdata/sub-04483/ses-1/anat\sub-04483_ses-1_T1w_1mm_padded50_T2_aligned.nii does not exist. You used that
to run ROAST but maybe later deleted it.

That file does exist and is located in 'Y:\memori_FEM\sub-04483\ses-1\anat' along with all the other files. Is there a solution to this error? Thank you!

Hi Benjamin,

Looks like you moved the T2 file that you used to run roast to a different location.

Thanks for your response. The thing is the T2 is in that folder and was never moved. Any idea why this would happen given that? Thanks!

Please make sure the T2 and T1 are in the same folder when you run roast and when you call reviewRes().  Looks like you ran roast for folder Y:/memorirawdata/sub-04483/ses-1/anat, but you called reviewRes for folder Y:\memori_FEM\sub-04483\ses-1\anat\. The two folders should be the same.
