    Hi!
I recently discovered that ROAST can input MNI coordinates to view the electric field intensity at the corresponding location.  When I use a head model other than MNI152 for simulation, is the electric field intensity standardized to the MNI space?

Best,

Not sure what you mean by "standardized". The E-field is always output in the native space of the MRI (after re-oriented into RAS, and/or resampled, and/or zero-padded). Regardless of the head you use for simulation, you can always read out the E-field at specific MNI coordinates.

Hope this helps.
