Hello all,
Apologies for another question : I'm cuirrently running plenty of simulations, and everythings automated (about 50 Subjects). Even though I get no error, the files are correctly saved and I get the sliced views, I can't visualize the 3D brains. The 3D window opens, but nothing renders. Does anyone know where the issue could be? Should I run a simulation alone instead of 50 in a row?

Furthermore, when I include the default brain (nyhead) into my simulations, the 3D visualization does render.

Thank you for your help and for developing this amazing tool!

Hi Gabriel,

It sounds like a Matlab graphics issue. I recommend adding "close all" after each simulation. Also you can use reviewRes() to visualize all the simulations that you have previously done.

Hope this helps.
