The WCRC is 100% volunteer and open to anyone with a passion for reentry. Meetings are open to the public. Those with personal experience and understanding of incarceration/reentry are encouraged to attend and participate in all WCRC events.

The council is currently seeking a dedicated individual interested in filling the position of Chair or Co-Chair beginning Jan 2016.
