I would like to invite all to the Pride In The Arts International
GLBT Film Festival to be held June 25, 26, and 27, 2010 at The
Shadowbox 22 Kirk Ave in Roanoke, http://www.theshadowboxcinema.com/.
We will screen five feature films, nine music videos, and three short
films. Friday opening brings a world premiere of "Woman In A Man's
Suit" with the subject Georgie Jessup present to answer questions and
sing a few songs after the filming. We will then have a meet and greet/
opening party with cash bar until midnight.
Saturday and Sunday will both have matinees and evening screenings.
The festival will close on Sunday 6-27-2010 with a special screening
of Tom Murray's "Fish Can't Fly" After the film we will have a
discussion period about the film and the ex-gay movement with Wes
Jamison present to assist and answer questions. Festival favorites
will be announced after the discussion.
Advance tickets at discount prices will be available online with a

till 6-20-2010. There are even a few ads spaces left in the program if
any has interest there. Deadlines have been changed to the 18th on all
advertising. We also have a very affordable sponsor program if you
would like to support this type of event here in Roanoke.
