It's not too late to get your tickets for the 2009 Roanoke Pride
Dinner and Auction! It's coming up THIS Saturday, October 24, at St.
John's Episcopal Church at the Corner of Jefferson St. and Elm Ave. in
Roanoke, Virginia. Tickets are just $22 and you can purchase them on
the website www.roanokepride.com or at the door, though we strongly
urge you purchase them beforehand it at all possible so we can have an
accurate count of the number attending. Dinner will be served
promptly at 6:00 p.m. with the auction to follow. There are some
GREAT items up for auction this year, including baskets from Pride
Committee members. You won't want to miss this! It's THE major
fundraiser of the year for Pride in the Park and a great way to meet
other LGBTQIA persons from the Roanoke and New River Valleys. The
food will be unbelievably amazing, as always thanks to Dana and the
kitchen crew of volunteers. Again, you DON'T want to miss this event,
