Big Sit

In case you’re not aware, the Big Sit is scheduled for this coming Sunday, October 12^th, all around the country.  If you’d like to attend a count, you’re welcome to join the Roanoke Valley Bird Club at our house in Burnt Chimney.  If you’d like to come, just email us for directions.  We’re also accepting pledges as a fund raiser for the club.  You can either pledge a set amount or an amount per species seen or heard during the 24-hour period starting at a minute after midnight that morning.
