Reid Thomas, Restoration specialist with the State Historic Preservation office will present a workshop with practical maintenance and repair tips for owners of historic properties. The program will include a presentation of building from across the northeast region of our state. Information will be available about state and federal historic preservation tax credits. Following the program, please feel free to discuss your potential home or commercial building projects.
