The students of Mount Horeb are lucky to have generous donors who wish to invest in the continued education of MHHS graduates. Please know that we are grateful for the donation you are making on behalf of your organization or loved one.  

Here is a link to a folder that contains student applications for the 2025 Ray Trainor Memorial Scholarship.

While reviewing student applications, you will notice that names are not included.  Students are assigned a number to protect from bias when selecting a recipient. Their assigned number is on the top of each application, along with their cumulative GPA.  After your decision has been made, you will communicate the selected number with me and I will then inform you of the recipient’s name.

Please make note of the following dates:

March 21 - Preferred date for YOU to submit your recipient decision(s) to me. 

April 1 - DEADLINE for you to submit your recipient decision(s) to me. 

 

May 1 - Please notify me by this date who will be presenting your scholarship at the Scholarship Ceremony.

 

May 21 - Scholarship Ceremony in the MHHS Auditorium at 7pm.

Similar to last year, we will be creating a booklet for scholarship recipients to receive at our Scholarship Ceremony that includes pictures and information about each awarded scholarship.  Here is a link to a copy of last year's Local Scholarship Booklet - please inform me of any changes you would like in this year's booklet as soon as possible. 

Please call or email me with your scholarship selection(s) and presenter’s name by the timeline listed above, and feel free to reach me with any other questions.
