Here is the link to the project overview and schedule map on Hwy 19:. Schedule – WIS 19 (WIS 78 to US 12) (511wi.gov) . I have also attached the map with your AAH section circled in red.  It does indeed look like construction for most of the 2024 season.

 

Please check with the Project Manager under the Contact Us tab if you want to do a clean-up at any time during the season and he will let you know when a good time would be.
