Programmatic creation and/or editing of content

Are there any plugins or anything else that would allow programmatic editing of Wiki content?

The plugins are primarily for changing the display of the content, if you need to change it you can use SQL, or the more controlled method of writing your own Repository or writing an app that uses Roadkill.Core.dll
