'A from address must be specified' error

When a new user registers and clicking the 'Register new user' button, a yellow screen with ''A from address must be specified' error' shows up. I did a quick and dirty fix it a while back in my custom version of the wiki by just specifying a hard coded value. This seems like an issue which needs fixing.
