Authentication against Azure AD

We would like to deploy Roadkillwiki to an Azure App Service and have authentication done against our Azure AD.

Is this possible? The only documentation I can find is on-premise installation of RoadKillwiki, and that doesn't really suit us.

I haven't tried Azure AD but there's no reason it shouldn't work as Roadkill only needs access to users and groups
