The odd thing is, for a 14MB blend file, the fbx file is 75MB. Well that makes sense because it has to apply the SubD modifiers. But then the Keyshot file blows up to 271MB.
abc was 81MB and keyshot file of that was 83MB.
obj export was 207MB and keyshot file was 133MB.
Hi, the keyshot link doesn't work for me.
I have already installed the program, and opening SpaceClaim always asks me to download it.
I installed the program as an administrator by selecting this tick (as in the photo).
I installed the most recent version of SpaceClaim and even with the new version keyshot does not work.
Both with keyshot 6.3 and with the following ones (the render command is not active)
The client urgently needs to render what can I do to solve the problem?

I have been using Keyshot to render all of my formZ models for almost a year with great results. I export as an FBX with similar setting to what you are showing. If you have two objects with the same material, you can unlink them in keyshot allowing you to apply different materials to them. I have not however figured out how to change different surfaces of the same object to differing materials if I have not already mapped them in FormZ. I do not have the pro version, so perhaps you can in that version.
2. select the part - export to .sat - the import it back in and you get the brep. Then select the faces until you get to smartpaint them. The smartpainting makes it easier in keyshot, as you just have to swap those colors with materials.
