Roadworks - Feeds and Update frequencies

Referring to the overview of Road traffic service, I see that Roadworks are mentioned and I expect reported within both the Traffic disorders feed as well as in it`s own Roadworks feed. 

In this relation I have some questions I hope somebody can help out with. 

1)What differentiates the roadworks reported in the Traffic disorders feed compared to those in Roadworks feed?

2) The site mentions that the Roadworks feed is updated 3 times pr day - 08.00, 12.00 and 16.00, leaving a gap with no updates outside normal working hours. My question is how far in advance are the actual roadworks inserted into the feed? ie. Will a planned set of roadworks be identifiable some time in advance?

thanks for you question. Here some clarifications.

1. Road works are not included in traffic disorders. Occasionally, however, an operator can add certain road works to traffic disorders.
   
2. Road works are added earliest one week before they started.
