Hoitoluokka

Hey! 
I am having a bit of an issue with one of the variables (RoadMaintanenceClass), where it would sometimes give me the result "hoitoluokka I", "hoitoluokka IS", "hoitoluokka ISE" and "hoitoluokka IB" instead of just a number. I can't really find any information whether if this is a name, or a word describing something. I can see that it is sometimes translated to "Work Circle" and I am therefore unsure if this could mean road work?

and sorry for late answer. The RoadMaintanenceClass is related to winter maintenance class of the roads. Data comes to us as plain text value so we don't have numeric representation for it. However you can go to the Väylä's Road Register -page (only in Finnish) and open the PDF-document of Road Register Content Description (Tietosisällön kuvaus). There is "132 TALVIHOITOLUOKKA" on page 18 that explains the different values.

Hoitoluokat:
1 = IsE liukkaudentorjunta ilman toimenpideaikaa
2 = Is normaalisti aina paljaana
3 = I normaalisti paljaana
4 = Ib pääosin suolattava, ajoittain hieman liukas
5 = Ic pääosin hiekoitettava, ohut lumipolanne sallittu
6 = II pääosin lumipintainen
7 = III pääosin lumipintainen, pisin toimenpideaika
8 = L kävely- ja pyöräilyväylän laatukäytävä
9 = K1 kävely- ja pyöräilyväylän pääverkon talvihoitotaso
10 = K2 kävely- ja pyöräilyväylän perustalvihoitotaso
11 = ei talvihoitoa
12 = hoidetaan osan talvea talvihoidon laatuvaatimusten mukaisesti (palvelualueet yms.)

13 = hoidetaan talvihoidon laatuvaatimusten mukaisesti (ei erillistä hoitoluokkaa 1-10, palvelualueet yms.)
