Fixed view for tabs upon saving and then reopen

  1. Is there any method to create a "default" view for the file once saved?   For example route pin, date pin and map, including the column width when saved.    Each file I create I need to go back and expand as well as select the view.   It may exist, but not sure where in software it may be located.   Thanks

Not sure if your question refers to the Mac or iOS RTP, but normally some but not all view positions are saved with the saved file. 
This should happen automatically but that’s not always the case. We’re aware of this and hope to improve this functionality in the future.

Sometimes the preferences file gets messed up. You could try clicking “Revert Preferences to Default Values” which may help.
