I am advancing the planning my European trip for next year. I find that RTP selects a certain route and I may wish to use an alternate route. Is there a way to select the route I want?
Thanks,
Richard

Add a couple of route pins, correctly numbered, along the alternate route. Use the route pins solely for redirecting the route. You could call them “place route pins” or something like that.

Yes, that's what I'd done - I just wondered if there was a feature that I'd missed!

Thanks,

Richard

There is a feature on the Mac RTP I think, I’d have to double check, that allows the route to show up to 3 possible routes. But the route you want may not be any of the 3 so it’s probably best to do what you’re doing.
