Ro-Connect stops at retrieving

Ro-Connect on tv sees media library. I open the media file (located on my pc). It begins retrieving then stops. This worked until a couple of months ago. Same files same format (mp4).

I have uninstalled ro-connect and reinstalled and still have the same problem. Also, I have nothing running on port 80.
