RoConnect Wont Play Movies that are missing xvidcore.dll

I have some movies saved to my hard drive that always come up with the error "xvidcore.dll not found" the movies that don't come up with that error play just fine on my Roku?
Is there a way to play the videos? Or do i need to reformat them a different way?
