School Database Module with Client Server mode functionality

Dear all,

The updated school database module is now enabled to function in the client server mode. The same can now also be used for entering the data from different networks onto the remote server on different network also.

This functionality will somewhat resolve the issue of online data entry (at least ) from Block and District level. You just need a server at the state level with the Static IP and also the U-DISE database installed at state server. Then, from the district or block level you can use multiple machines to access the state server and do the data entry/updation.

I request you all to check the functionality using the updated school database module and give feedback.
