Objectives of the job / Key Success Factors

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

• Manage project network timeline for product launch / relaunch
• Develop innovation mix including concept, packaging, communication
• Coordinate consumer research
• Do market analysis and competitive review
• Coordinate simple adaptation for some global / regional project
• Coordinate with internal and external contact for operational matters
• Manage project budget

 

 

Skills / Competencies / Experience required of the candidate

 

• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Good command of MS office software
• Willing to learn, diligent, down to earth, result oriented, initiative and positive
• Degree holder
• At least 2 years relevant brand management Experience (in FMCG company preferred)
• Background at above-the-line agency is also considered relevant
