Hi,
I am having problems connecting to some datasets different  from DBPedia.
In particular, I tried with Eurostat  (which is automatically configurated the by LOD extension) and with Bioportal (http://sparql.biontology.org)  with is the one I would like to use.

I use Rapidminer 5.3 and I got a message saying  "Process failed. Connection problems" immediately after the launch of  any query.

Did anybody get the same problems?
Simona

Hi Simona,

The Eurostat SPARQL endpoint is down: http://wifo5-04.informatik.uni-mannheim.de/eurostat/sparql

To use the Bioontology SPARQL endpoint in an application you need to get a API token (at least that is what I read). Unfortunately, there is no way to add the token in the RapidMiner LOD extension.
Also, the correct endpoint is http://sparql.bioontology.org/ (you missed an "o").

Regards,
Petar

Hi Petar,
thank you for your reply.
The "o" was just a refuse in the email, so I am sure the problem is with the key.
I suspected this, but I didn't know if it was possible to set the API token in the LOD extension. In fact, in all  my java applications using Bioportal I embedded the API token.

Thank you again
Simona
