I have been trying to locate the sheet music for the song, Ukrainian
Poem written by Alexandrov for a few months here in the UK but to no
avail.

Could anyone suggest any possible resources for this music?

It appears on many of the Red Army Choir discs, often sung by Boris
Alexandrov.
