Dear Friends,

Unfortunately I didn't receive any response to my previous letters. 
I was asking you to pay the dues of your societies to EFSM, but until now only Italy and Romania have paid! Please be so kind and pay the dues of your societies until March 15, because we have to close the financial year!!
On the other hand, I want to invite all of you to attend the EFSM Council Meeting which will be held on May 16, 2015, between 14:00-17:00 in Strasbourg, during the GAM Meeting. I will let you know next week the Agenda of the Meeting.
Please confirm your presence in the Meeting.

In the letter I sent you in November (you can see it again bellow), the payment of the fees for your societies was the end of 2014. Unfortunately, until now only two societies payed their dues. Please be so kind and take action by paying your dues until the end of this month!
Regarding the next EFSM Council Meeting in Strasbourg, I will let you know in short time the exact date and time.

Dear Friends,

I am very sorry to be in contact with you again after so long time, but we were waiting to put all the things together to be able to send you all the documents attesting the legal constitution of the EFSM. You can find as attached document the Minute of the EFSM Council Meeting in Barcelona and bellow the scanned documents attesting the legal constitution of the EFSM.

Please be so kind and try to send the fees for your societies for 2014 until the end of this year. The details of the EFSM Bank Account are:

Regarding the situation of the German Speaking Group, after a discussion with their delegates, they agreed for the moment to have as official delegates only 2 delegates (as is stipulated in the Bylaws), but with the permission of a third delegate to participate in the  Council Meetings without voting rights. It remained that they will discuss in their next council meeting this proposal and will communicate us their decision. 

Regarding the letter from the WSRM President Scott Levin that I sent you some times ago, I received a response only form few of you (France, Turkey, Italy, Denmark). Denmark and Turkey are against the proposal of Scott Levin. The others consider the proposal as a good opportunity to increase the membership of the WSRM by attracting the young microsurgeons, but consider that for the moment we have not yet a good financial situation, and that a possible positive response is depending to the amount of contribution which has to be payd by the EFSM. Myself, I also believe that for the moment we are not able to accept this proposal. If you agree, I will respond to Scott telling him that we will be able to give him a response only our the next year Council Meeting. Please be so kind and let me know if you agree.

Regarding the next EFSM Council Meeting, we decided in Barcelona to be on May 16th, 2015 in Strasbourg, during the GAM Congress.
Despite this previous decision and because I think will be better to meet sooner, I want to propose you a new date and venue. The Romanian Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery will organise its Congress in Cluj Napoca between March 5-7, 2015. So, my proposal is to organise the Council Meeting with this occasion. Will be a great opportunity for you to enjoy the Romanian hospitality and to participate also in the scientific program of the congress. Please be so kind and let me know what do you think.

And now, some very good news: the Turkish Society already started the organisation of the next Congress in 2016!! You can find more details on the website.
