I would like to do a meta analysis of several rMATS outputs. I need either variance or confidence intervals to make the error bars around the point estimates. I cannot find these values in the rMATS output, am I missing them somewhere? I can always to bootstrapped confidence intervals, but I want to make sure that these values are not reported by rMATS before going this route.

Thank you!

No, rMATS does not output a variance or confidence interval. The output columns are described here: https://github.com/Xinglab/rmats-turbo/tree/v4.1.1#output

The image in the link is too dark to see clearly. I also wonder why rMATS does not output a variance or standard deviation for IncLevel1 and IncLevel2. Including these metrics would be very helpful for filtering the result table by removing rows with large variances or standard deviations.
