Hello everybody,
I want to use rMATS, reading the documentation I can't quite understand the difference between JC and JCEC, I don't know which file I should use to carry out my study. in which I want to know what splicing events occur in each gene.
I have looked at the diagram available in README, but I can't quite understand it.
