stat off option

Dear rMATs team,

I am planning to use rMATs to quantify PSI on some samples and for that I don't need statistical analysis. So during rMATs run, if I use "statoff" option, then does it matter which samples are listed in group1 & group2. Because during rMATS run, I need to pass 2 sets of sample set as group 1 & group2, so I wanted to know PSI estimates doesn't depend on groups , right? Only groups are taken into account for statistic test.

The PSI estimates don't depend on the grouping of samples. If you don't need the statistical test then you can run with --statoff and put all of your samples in --b1
