SkipFormLen and IncFormLen

Hi. I was looking through my rMATS output tables and I found that SkipFormLen is always 99 for every single event, and is only variable in the MXE table. Am I doing something wrong here, or it normal for SkipFormLen to be the same in the entire table? How are SkipFormLen and IncFormLen calculated by rMATS?
