Subject: CRY Exposure visit for Volunteers

Dear Friends:

 

We at CRY feel that over and above the good work you all have been doing to promote child rights, it is desirable to have exposure visits organised for interested volunteers to learn from grassroots work of our Partners.. Such visits surely will help in enhanced understanding of social realities.

 

We are planning to organise two such phases:

 

a) Jan 9-10, 2010

 

b) Jan 16-17, 2010

 

The field you would be sent to is open right now and will most probably be in West Bengal... If a few of you are open to spare 5 days for such, then one can be planned in some neighbouring state ... For the two day visits, volunteers might be required to travel on friday night and come back on monday morning

 

Please write to Diya and me if you are interested.. Your mail should have:

 

i. The preferred phase

ii. Are you ok with starting on friday night and coming back on monday

 

The groups cannot be too big hence sooner you confirm and we find 5-6 interested people, we would form a group and send them.. So grab this opportunity- believe us, it would be enriching!!!
