    Another third floor owner has been experiencing issues with the water pressure - and similar to other reports they’ve always had issues but it has gotten worse recently.  This was an action item coming out of the last board meeting.   Do we have any updates here?

The water pressure has always been low since we moved in 2020 but in the last month or more it appears to have gotten much worse.   I’ve copied the property manger on this, Devin Desautels, and his phone is ‭(508) 393-2155‬ ext. 14

Hi, 

I am very concerned about the water pressure in our condo at 406 Lincoln Street.  At the faucet it takes over a 90 seconds to draw one gallon.  I am concerned about its effect on our hot water heating system as well as the building sprinkler system etc.  

Can you advise?

Would the Board like to have a plumber come in to provide a quote for replacing any fittings needed to improve the water pressure issue?

We have had a few tenants call the City about low pressure in 406 Lincoln Street.  I was wondering if you needed any assistance with this.  The City’s responsibility for water pressure is cold water to the first fitting of the building.  We do not maintain any fittings or the service line for the property.  The only thing the City owns and maintains is the main meter to the property.  If you have any questions, please let me know.
