Hi Trustees,

It was great seeing you all last week. See below for the meeting minutes that I prepared and let me know if there are any corrections. 

            RENAISSANCE LOFTS CONDOMINIUM

Minutes of the February 2nd, 2026 Trustee Meeting

 

 

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM.

 

Trustees Present: Helen Donis-Keller, Arthur Furst, Gilles Plichon, Chris Musorofiti and Heather Hacker.

Trustees Absent: None

NPM Representative: Devin Desautels

 

Heather Hacker moved and Arthur Furst seconded the motion to approve the December 1st, 2025 and December 8^th, 2025 Trustee and Annual Minutes.

 

                   Vote: All in favor

 

The financial report was reviewed and accepted as published.

 

Vote: Approved

 

Helen Donis-Keller has officially been selected to serve a three year term on the Board of Trustees

                  

Vote: All in favor

 

 

NPM was instructed as follows:

 

·        Post the signed meeting minutes on the community website and email to all owners.

·        Contact J&J to have him remind his plow drivers about snow placement, specifically in the Coffee Loft parking lot.

 

·        For any future roof repairs, remind Greenwood Industries to be careful around the roof drains.

 

·        Follow up with A&A Window regarding the White Rabbit door replacement.

·        Contact the City of Marlborough regarding low water pressure in the building.

 

·        Send out the CSA notice provided by Gilles to owners and note that are interested in the program, owners need to contact Gilles directly.  

 

·        Once the snow melts, contact Jose Painting to inspect and make any needed painting repairs to the courtyard columns.

 

·        The Board discussed the possibility of installing storage units

 

·        Have NPM Maintenance complete the following:

 

1) Install the new “reserved parking” sign in parking lot A.  

 

2) Continue to make needed carpet tile repairs.

 

 

 

 

The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM.

This looks OK but I thought you were going to send around a notice about the composting company to see how many might be interested? Or did we decide to wait until spring?
