Hi Chris,

The Board is looking to proceed with the water pressure booster work at Renaissance Lofts.

Before moving forward, we have one question regarding the scope. Since the water pressure issues are only occurring on the third floor, would this booster also affect the first and second floors, or will it impact all floors?

Hi Devin 

Sorry for delayed response but yes it will impact all floors and units but most likely with a positive impact. We are going to attempt to get the pressure between 65-70 psi instead of the current 40 psi so all units will benefit.
