Follow up on fire

There needs to be some follow up on the circumstances of the fire in 102. It is concerning that Mike was not able to rouse the owner, Abe, despite the unit alarm blaring and apparently the sprinkler system in the unit activated. The fire department had to break in to gain access. It is also concerning that Devin is not monitoring his email as we have not even had an acknowledgement of the fire event. I know it is a holiday weekend but that doesn’t mean the management company has no responsibility to us. I would like to discuss when everyone who is not here on the Board returns.
