Floods?

I noticed yesterday that there was water all over the floor on the lower level and the carpet was wet and also the 2nd floor?
I thought that the faucets had been turned off until winter was over?

You missed the waterworks yesterday. A Mover who was delivering a refrigerator, for some reason went into the fitness room and opened the valve that feeds the spigots. There was a waterfall of water and bird poop from the 3rd floor and spigots on 2nd and 1st. It took a bit to close it all and there was a major water spread. Brian and Scott did the stopping.. I had John make sure all was secure and he labeled the valve should NOT be touched.

John informed me about this issue and I sent out an email about the water spigots. I will have to thank Brian and Scott next time I see them.
