Weeds have taken over and dead bushes

Hi Devin,
At the last meeting we asked that you inform the landscaping company to replace the dead/dying plants that they installed last summer but failed to adequately water to establish a root system.
In addition the weeds have completely taken over and no one has come to do the weeding.
Please ask them to come and perform the work for which I think we have a contract.
