Hi Dad,
Well my travel plans for the next two months are pretty much set. I'll be arriving in San Diego from Raliegh/Durham on June 22 and will be there until June 26 when I leave for Chicago. Then in July I'll be in San Diego again during the week of July 18 when I'll be delivering a class to Qualcomm.
Robert tells me that you are improving and that plans are being made for your return to your apartment in the next week or two. I sure hope your improvement accelerates as I know it must be tough to be incapacitated for so long.
As I write this a freak June rain storm is hitting Santa Cruz. It seems like the summer weather should be here, perhaps it will arrive after this storm passes through. At least we will not have to worry about water rationing this year, all of the reservoirs in the area are filled to capacity. This weekend Pasatiempo holds its stroke play championship. I had hoped to participate in the event, but my workload is preventing me from playing. With the storm hitting it is just as well. I'm not a mudder!
Shamim and I would love to say hello on the phone one day soon if you are feeling up to a short conversation. I'll see if I can get Robert to arrange this.
Bye for now,
Tony
