source code for R-max algorithm

I want to learn about reinforcement learning. I want to start it with r-max algorithm. can anyone send me source code for R-max in java? (otherwise in any other language)

http://burlap.cs.brown.edu/ has an implementation of R-Max and is a great testbed for learning about RL. It's in java.
