At VIB.AI, we are building a dedicated Machine Learning Expertise Unit to support cutting-edge research across life sciences. We’re now hiring two key roles to shape this initiative:

📌 Head of the Machine Learning Unit:
Lead and scale a cross-cutting team that supports over 15 research groups working on everything from protein modeling to spatial omics.

📌 LLM Engineer:
Pioneer the application of generative AI and foundation models in biology, with real-world impact in biomedical text mining and data integration.

Both roles are based in Leuven, Belgium, at the heart of a thriving research ecosystem.
