Scope and Topics of Interest:
This workshop explores emerging communications and computing technologies that enable intelligent, autonomous, and context-aware connected systems - spanning aerial networks, edge computing, smart sensing, and healthcare. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Networked and distributed systems: edge/fog/cloud computing, LEO satellite networks, SDN, and programmable infrastructures
  • UAV-assisted communications, swarm coordination, and aerial network platforms
  • Connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs) and vehicular networking
  • AI/ML and data-driven approaches for network management, optimization, and automation
  • Large language models (LLMs) and foundation models for networked, edge, and connected systems
  • Edge AI, federated learning, on-device inference, and distributed model training across heterogeneous devices
  • Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and autonomous decision-making for networks and connected applications
  • Smart sensing, multi-modal data fusion, and indoor/outdoor localization
  • Security, privacy, and ethics in AI-driven networked systems
  • Mobile health (m-Health), wearable sensing networks, and remote patient monitoring
  • AI-assistive technologies for healthcare or other applications, and robot aided medical systems
  • Heterogeneous computing and AI accelerators (GPUs, TPUs, NPUs, FPGAs) for next-generation intelligent systems
  • Serverless, cloud-native, and microservice architectures for AI and intelligent workloads
  • Neuromorphic computing, in-network computing, and emerging compute paradigms for intelligent and connected systems
