A PhD/Postdoc position is available starting Spring 2026 or earlier in AI alignment, reinforcement learning, and LLM. The expected work is on the development of deployable LLMs for applications in, e..g, embedded systems and robotics.

Position description:
Required
- MS degree (for PhD) or PhD degree (for Postdoc) in related disciplines, 
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and LLM,
- Strong publication record,

- Excellent writing, teamwork, and communication skills.

Benefit: 
The PhD position will be fully funded during the period of study. The annual salary for the Postdoc position is negotiable based on the applicant’s past experience.
