Instructions for downloading CartPole are out of date

Hey, Brian.

"wget http://rl-library.googlecode.com/files/CartPole-Java-R1224.tar.gz",
which is what the CartPole page
(http://code.google.com/p/rl-library/wiki/CartpoleJava) says to type,
is giving me the following error:

"14:31:01 ERROR 502: Bad Gateway."

I'm getting the same error with several other rl-library tarballs. My
wget works on another site, so I think the problem is on your end.

Works from my server.  Also the link works if I just click on it/paste it into a browser.  Also the link is just to the download hosted by Google, so I really can't do anything either way.  Odd that it's not working.  I bounce blame back to you :)

Also, just for the record, that page is old unfortunately.  I should retire that old wiki on the google code page.  The right starting point would be here:

(note the download is newer on this page)
