How would I adjust the wind parameters for the helicopter simulator ?

How would I adjust the wind parameters for the helicopter simulator ? Is it possible through the given JAVA GUI?

I have received this question twice today from different people, once to my personal e-mail and once to the RL-Library google group.

I presume this is not a coincidence and that either some work has started on the reinforcement learning competition, or that someone has assigned a class project.

In any case, please advise of the wider circumstance of your question.  The base version of Helicopter from different years competition and from the RL-Library each have varying wind and other parameters that can be manipulated in various ways (GUI or in programming code). How to do it depends entirely on what version you are using.

So shine some more light on what's up, and I'll see if I can help.  If there is a more appropriate venue for your question (I don't know if there are message boards setup for the RL Competition or something else) but likely someone else in in place to answer this question…
