Mr Chetan Bhojani has more than 15 years of experience in Strategic management, Training & Development and leadership development, competence development, productivity enhancement, Cultural Change Management. Chetan holds Post graduate diploma in Human Resource management, Masters in Information Technology and Masters in Chemistry.

 

Mr Chetan Bhojani has worked with many reputed organizations at lead managerial role in diversified industries.  He is the founder of Add Value Consultants- A management consulting firm engaged providing growth acceleration to the industries of North and western India. His last association was with a Healthcare IT/ITeS company as Head-HR (India & US). Previously he has served the reputed Mahindra group and designated as Manager Human Resources-WEST with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd (Popularly known as Club Mahindra). He was managing Human Resources function for Gujarat, & Rajasthan region. He has started his career as a Lecturer and Prior to joining Mahindra group; he was associated with ACE Software group as Head-HR. He has been associated with Adani group to train & mentor their executives. Chetan is associated with V.K Industrial Corporation –A leading crankshaft Manufacturing Company as a Strategic Business Partner.  He is also associated with Gujarat Electronics & Software Industry association (GESIA) as a Secretary for Saurashtra Region.
