Dear Sir/Madam,
HR@Rajkot - Workshop : Developing HR as a Business function
1500hrs -1900hrs :
Saturday, 17 August 2013,
Pradhyuman Lords
Inn, Rajkot
Background
We consider People as the most important
asset in today’s organization, but how strong and empowered our function which
is managing this most important asset and affecting our businesses greatly??
The current generation of HR Transformation
is more tightly linked to corporate strategy and creating business value
through HR services that address a company’s most pressing strategic
challenges. The level of “HR maturity” influences the effectiveness of business
strategies. HR tends to rate poorly in line partnering and strategic
partnering. HR has been measured in ways that are not aligned to support a
strategic focus .We need measures that shows HR’s direct contribution to the
business objectives. The HR world has changed and probably changing faster than
any other function in any organization.
What was the contribution of HR in your
organization’s last year Balance sheet? Do you really measure that percentage?
Are you improving that year on year? Can we meet the expectation of
current and future business word and become the most important and profit
making function of the organization.
With this background CII is organizing
