The level of “HR maturity” influences the effectiveness of business strategies. HR tends to rate poorly in line partnering and strategic partnering. HR has been measured in ways that are not aligned to support a strategic focus .We need measures that shows HR’s direct contribution to the business objectives. The HR world has changed and probably changing faster than any other function in any organization.   What was the contribution of HR in your organization’s last year Balance sheet?
