Whenever industrial engines are used in machines or special purpose vehicles, the speed governors are faced with a particularly wide range of requirements. HEINZMANN speed governors are designed to satisfy all these requirements in an outstanding way. Vehicles equipped with industrial engines, e.g., tractors, mobile cranes, etc., are used in different operating modes, such as on-road operation, driving during work or stationary operation.
HEINZMANN governors are acknowledged for their high flexibility, long life cycle and proven reliability. The range of digital controllers are applicable to any size, type or make of industrial vehicle. For each operating mode, HEINZMANN governors excellently master the varying conditions with regard to governing mode, maximum torque, droop, setpoint ranges and other functions.
Robust digital speed governor from the ORION range with a higher degree of protection. Suitable for on-road and off-road vehicles, for directly controlling EDC actuators on BOSCH injection pumps, or for combination with the HEINZMANN actuators StG 3005/3010, StG 2005 or linear actuators.
For more than 100 years, HEINZMANN has been developing and producing extremely efficient actuators with different power levels and modes of operation, covering all areas of application. Our renowned electrical and hydraulic actuators can be easily installed in any type of engine and are suitable for use as original equipment or for retrofits. Some of the control unit and actuator combinations allow bi-directional torque output. Power consumption is kept extremely low. In addition, the actuators are equipped with a noncontact feedback system.
The DP versions of our actuators have been designed for direct installation on conventional diesel injection pumps, and are driven by HEINZMANN digital governors. They are mainly used in industrial engines producing 100 to 1000 kW. They are primarily used to replace mechanical governors in diesel and dual-fuel engines, allowing them to benefit from the additional functions provided by electronic governors.
For more advanced control of the meeting the chairperson can connect a laptop, tablet or PC to the system providing ability to manage the discussions. The web browser enables advanced setup configuration including camera control and audio output configuration. It also enables the maximum number of active microphones to be set to 25.
The system can digitally record and playback more than 4,000 hours of discussion using a single 128GB USB stick and also record up to eight hours of discussion on its built-in internal memory. Recording and playback is done via either the Control Unit or via the web browser.

Supporting the activities in local business centers, the system can handle a variety of external equipment such as an interpretation system, language distribution, and a public address system. Also an interface for tele- and video-conferencing can be used to connect two remote locations with each other. In addition, the number of Discussion devices can be easily scaled up or down in minutes - without needing to turn off and restart the system.
