Dear students,

Currently you all would be in a position where I probably was almost 2 years back. You all are on the verge of completion of undergraduate studies and have dream of working in a MNC. For some it might be a dream company that want to get in. While for some corporate world is the aim. No matter what ever it might be you will achieve it with your hard work and dedication.

I am here just to share my experience with my first MNC job selection process. Syntel ltd gave me my career's first break.

The first round would be computerized aptitude test. This test is all about the speed and accuracy. Almost all questions would be such that you can answe. But the time constraint is something which might worl against you. So aim to reach till the end of the test so that you get a chance to go through all the questions and you might not miss something which is easy.

If you are lucky and you clear the aptitude test you would be called to Syntel office or in college off campus drive depending on their process. I was called to their Mumbai office for interview.

The technical interview would comprise mainly of your final year project and programming basics like c, c++ or any other language you are aware of. So prepare your basics of project that you have worked on. Drive them towards it so that you are comfortable in asking what you already know and worked upon.

HR round will check your basic talkin skills. Whether you are able to communicate with ease or not. If you have any questions you can surely ask them without any issues.

Syntel is pretty good for freshers in terms of learning. Projects are demanding so you will learn quite a lot along with corporate world's knowledge.

With this note I wish you all best luck for the upcoming Syntel recruitment drive. Feel free to contact me for any queries.
