Hey rkteers,

We're happy to announce rkt v1.29.0!

This release adds new features like sharing the host IPC namespace, defining annotations from the CLI, and not requiring a pod to be running to remove apps. It also includes lots of bugfixes, dependency updates, and build system improvements.
