Dear all,

The Facultat de matemàtiques i Estadística (UPC) organizes the XIII Summer School MESIO UPC-UB from June 17th to July 5th.

The XIII edition contains 11 regular courses and 2 special courses taught by either in English or in Spanish . The regular courses are 15 hours long and include lectures and practical labs. Some courses are more methodological and some others more practical. This edition contains several courses related to machine learning and deep learning from basic knowledge to advanced. They are also interesting courses related to Data Science in general, and an Introductory course on discrete Value time series, which is a quite new and active research area in statistics. For those students willing to have a certificate an evaluation will be given.
